1. What We Offer

We're excited to provide you with access to our office space within the hub, featuring:

  • Desk space.

  • Shared spaces like meeting rooms, phone booths, and breakout areas.

  • High-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity.

  • Access to kitchen facilities and other common areas.

Membership Options:

  • Solo Resident: Individual founder

  • Team Resident: Up to 3 people 

  • Day Pass: Founders, partners, investors only 

  • Non-Resident Member

  • Optional bolt-on for overseas or relocating startup

2. Contract Terms

Memberships are available on 3- 6+-month rolling terms.
Contracts automatically renew on the same calendar day each month unless cancelled in writing at least one business day prior to renewal.

Access is only granted upon full payment for the current period.

 

3. Fees

Membership fees are due monthly in advance:

  • Solo Resident: Individual founder – full access £295/month

  • Team Resident: Up to 3 people – flat rate £495/month (Add-on: Additional Team Member

  • Day Pass: Founders, partners, investors only – RSVP required Standard: £45/day

  • Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Residents access outside these hours is not available. £100/month (subject to availability) 

  • Non-Resident Member: Monthly (£65/month) available monthly or annually

  • Optional bolt-on for overseas or relocating startup. Virtual Office Address from £51/month | Registered Address at Companies House £50 - 50% price for Residents Members

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.

Payment & Access

  • Invoices are issued in advance of each billing cycle.

  • Payment is due no later than the day before your access period begins.

  • If payment is delayed, access will be paused until the account is up to date.

4. House Rules & Guidelines

Access & General Use

  • Our studio is for members only; please keep noise levels respectful to help everyone stay productive.

  • Feel free to use all studio facilities, including the kitchen and breakout areas

  • The third floor is not a work meeting space and must not be used for guest laptop work, or collaborative sessions.

  • Meeting rooms are available for additional booking when needed.

Guests & Meeting Room Bookings

  • All guests must be pre-registered and directed to reception, then to the sixth floor only.

  • ​Not all plans include guest hosting as standard. Please check your membership plan to confirm whether it includes guest access

  • Guests must respect the same code of conduct as members.

Meeting Rooms & Phone Booths

  • Brainstorming and collaboration space is included in your membership, with access to a smart screen for  presentations, and creative sessions.

  • You can book external meeting rooms at a discount using the QR code in the studio or on our website.

  • Phone booths are for resident members only and shared with other 3rd floor residents.

  • Please keep meetings in designated rooms to keep the workspace quiet.

5. House Rules & Space Use

  • Desks must be cleared of all personal items at the end of each day.

  • Dishes and utensils must be placed directly into the dishwasher, not left in the sink or on your desk or table.

  • In the rare cases the studio is full, you can use the common space as an overflow area.

  • Remember, the common area is shared with other professionals, so keep noise levels appropriate.

  • Keep volume low and conversations intentional.

  • Dedicated desks with monitors or personal equipment are reserved. If a desk has someone's personal setup, do not use it.

  • Lockers must be emptied by your final day and code reset. We reserve the right to reset access and remove items if left behind.

  • Phone booths are for calls only. 

  • Trial days and “pop-ins” post-event are no longer offered as part of our model.

6. Culture & Conduct

This space is designed to elevate serious founders and startups. 
It runs on mutual respect, clear boundaries, and high personal standards. That’s not a request, it’s the baseline.

Team Access & Operational Boundaries

The Sclr team is here to build, not to manage the community.

If you need to speak with the team:

Please avoid casual drop-ins, side asks, or operational requests during the workday.

Advisory & Strategic Support

As part of your membership, you may have access to light group programming—such as founder check-ins, office hours, or open Q&A sessions. These are designed to support all members with broad, high-leverage insights.

However, your membership does not include bespoke advisory, tailored scaling plans, or 1:1 strategy work with the Sclr team.

If you're seeking personalised support:

  • Structured founder programs and booked advisory sessions are available separately.

  • Reach out to office@sclr.studio to learn more.

Please respect the distinction between shared group value and dedicated advisory time.

Events

Most events hosted by Sclr are included in your membership. Some salons or closed-door sessions may be by invitation only, or require an additional RSVP or application.

When in doubt, check the invite, our Luma — or email us for clarification.

Communication Protocol

All communication outside of office hours, as well as any formal ones, including feedback and requests, must go through:

We do not manage operations via WhatsApp or personal channels.

 

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Memberships can be cancelled by written notice before your next billing cycle begins.
We do not issue refunds for unused time. Access remains active through the paid period.

8. Confidentiality

Members are expected to respect the privacy of conversations, content, and sensitive information shared within the hub.

 

9. Liability

Sclr Labs is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

 

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically with prior notice.
The current version is always available at sclr.studio.
